This is the classic "Longjing" tea of Zhejiang province. The traditional pan-firing process produces flat, green leaves, resulting in a clear, yellow-green infusion, slightly toasty/nutty tones, and a lingering delightful aftertaste. Dragonwell tea is considered by many to be one of the top ten "classic" teas of China.
