Dragon Well, or Long Jing, is famed for its elegant sword-shaped green and yellow leaf. This traditional Chinese green tea originates from Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province. It is dry pan-fried giving it an enticing chestnut aroma with a refreshingly smooth and subtly sweet taste.
